Minority Interchange Foundation
Minority Interchange, Inc. established the Minority Interchange Foundation, Inc. on April 2, 1998. The Foundation is tax exempt under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service code.

The MI Foundation was set up to assist students and other interested individuals in obtaining practical experience with business organizations. The Foundation does this by providing information on job opportunities and entry-level programs to train new members of the work force.
The Foundation was also set up to provide computer literacy, intermediate and advance computer training for working people. The training programs include hands on instruction in computer applications, computer usage, Internet training, troubleshooting and multi media programming. The purpose of these programs is to increase the effectiveness of employees in the work force.
