Career Conference

Our annual Career Conference is an intensive weekend retreat designed to provide members with a solid framework for developing and enhancing career-planning strategies. The Conference offers both personal and professional training. The faculty consists of highly-skilled consultants and MI members who have achieved positions of significant responsibility in their companies.

Since 1977, the MI Career Conference has provided attendees with valuable opportunities in learning practical strategies to advance in their careers and personal development through seminars and workshops. The Conference provides members with powerful networking opportunities by giving them a chance to share ideas and experiences with colleagues, and to find mentors and develop successful mentoring relationships.

Statistics show that after attending the Career Conference, more than 75% of the participants acquire skills and tools that enable them to advance in their company.
